The fruit banana has many benefits.Bananas contain three natural sugars-sucrose,fructose and glucose combine with fiber. A banana gives instant boost of energy. Reasearch has proven that two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90- minute workout. And never put bananas in the fridge

Thanks blena07 for your health food tips about banana fruit related to the energy produced by it. But, you forgot to tell us, why it can't be stored in the fridge??? Care to explain and sharing that important knowledge. One more thing, blena07, for those who experience 'gastric', better don't take banana before meal or in hungry situation. It produces citric acid that can make stomach more worse with gastric problem. Citric acid is a sharp-tasting crystalline acid present in the juice of lemons and other sour fruits, used commercially as a flavoring and setting agent. Just like spinach, good and healthy food for our heart, but bad for those who got gout problem. You know why? Because spinach produces uric acid and able to make gout more worse. Hello,blena! bananas are good source of energy.this carbo-rich fruit is verymuch essential for a person who is under depression/stress.the carbohydrates in the banana boosts the levels of feel good brain chemicals.so it is advised that you take daily at least two bananas every day with your breakfst and keep the brain healthy.thank you.
