My friend and I have taken things to the next level...and well we have actually been "exclusive" since around V-day. Things have been going great!
Hypothetically speaking...ok answer these questions:
1. If you have been married before and were thinking of getting married again, would you elope or have a traditional wedding?
2. Do you know anything about having a Vegas wedding?
3. Do you know anyone who has gotten married in Vegas?
I want to elope! Good thing he does too!!!

1) I have been married before, and I would not spend the money on a big wedding again unless I won the lottery.
2 and 3) I don' know anyone who had a vegas wedding, but I know I'd choose that route if it were practical, it makes more sense to me to spend the money on a trip to Vegas then a big fancy wedding.

My husband and I had talked about getting married in Vegas. Not an elopement, but holding the wedding in one of the nice hotels. I had looked into a few of the hotels, even the one where you can get married on a gondola. They are actually priced very well and most of the packages include the room for the bride & groom. The only thing that I remember being extra was if you wanted to hold a reception there.

I saw the Gondala and that was nice BUT I saw the Valley Fire and I want it there!!! That place is beautiful. Definitely eloping though - only 4 people (Five counting God of course) know the date and when we are headed to the airport we are mailing the invitations to the reception that we will have when we return.

How the hell did I miss this one?! do I know anyone who was married Vegas style? No not that I can think of BUT I would have to say that Vegas would be an easy cheap and fun way to go without a doubt and you know I'm hiring naked men for you AND I'll supply the $1 bills..AND "DRINK COVERS" BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA cause sometimes they are careless and accidents happen...or you could just stick to non-stirable drinks LOL

Sweet!
Well I should be receiving my birth certificate today (lost it several years ago and never needed it...) but anyways, I requested it and it should be here today and I'll be applying for my passport. We're thinking of going to Germany (where he was born) in 2-3 years!! Thank God the man loves to travel! heehee.

1. If you have been married before and were thinking of getting married again, would you elope or have a traditional wedding?
I've been engaged for almost two years and I'm getting married in less than three months. It's not entirely traditional or civil, I'm writing the ceremony myself and it's going to be a cross between Celtic and Shinto. Gorgeous, non-religious wedding chapel, Italian restaurant for the reception, I'm wearing a big ballgown and it's ocean-themed(with dashes of Disney's Little Mermaid lol).
2. Do you know anything about having a Vegas wedding?
I think I know a little about it because I'm having one! lol. I was born, raised and live in Las Vegas, as was and does my fiance, why would we leave our home to get married? The ceremony is at Caesar's Palace and the reception is at a restaurant about 20 minutes away from the Strip.
3. Do you know anyone who has gotten married in Vegas?
Um, yeah, pretty much everyone I know.
Vegas is FAR FAR FAR FAR more than Elvis, drive-thrus and elopements. That only makes up maybe 5% of weddings. You can do, literally, anything you want.

If you are interested in a vegas wedding, you should watch two and a half men.
