paying ad sites

are these ad pay sites of some use or a sheer wastage of time? i have joined a few and it seems that they are wasting my time they take a lot of your time and still you dont know that at the end will they pay or not? it seems they are worhtless without refferals . i will take years to make a payout and when i reach payout site may not paysite then!!!! will anybody guide me regarding a good money making ad site where i can have a QUICK PAYOUT that also through paypal???
