why most americans do not have a passport!

Seems sensible to me Raymond. If you owe, why give you the means of escape. I thought that the reason why most Americans didn't have passports was something to do with the fact that most don't live anywhere near a border. Or if they do, to the South it's a one way street in to the States and to the North it's something to do with the fact that those Canadians are all so damn boring (which is a complete travesty of the truth. Actually Canadians are fantastic people, who just want to keep their country to themselves so give off an aura of respectability etc to keep travelers at bay). But mostly I think that it has a lot to do with the fact that it takes time to get anywhere, it costs one hell of a lot to travel and as many US citizens are themselves immigrants somewhere down the line, why leave the promised land? Here's a question for you Raymond. Have you ever left the US? Do you have a passport? and welcome to myLot. We're all mad, although quite a few pretend to be normal.
