Jerry Springer...does anyone really watch it?

I am just curious. I don't watch Jerry Springer and of all of the people that I know, I don't know anyone else who watches it. So, if no one is watching it, how does it stay on the air? Are the only people who watch it the ones in the audience? Do you watch it? Or, do you know a real, living human being that still watches it? Not someone who did watch it but then grew out of it. Someone who actually probably watched it today.
