If a close friend came to you and tell you that he is not a straight guy, what will be your reaction?. Do you still want to be his friend or severe ties cause you are afraid for being label by others for agreeing in his choice of life?.
Do you want to advise or tell him that his preferance is wrong?. What is the best solution or answer to his confession?

If that person tell me that is because he feel confident with me. If i had a bad reaction i don´t deserve to call me a friend. I don´t have anything to opine. It´s his life and if he want to live in that way, it´s ok to me. I support him.

Of course I would still be his friend! In fact, this has already happened to me a few times. It's no big deal, they are still the same person that I know and love. I would not tell him his preference is wrong - I would just say it's his choice. I can't tell someone how they should live - it's not my life.

If a close friend of mine confided in me that he is not straight, he would still be my friend, because he is still the same person inspite of his preference. I wouldn't condone it, but I wouldn't reject him for it either. Just accept him the way he is, because he will need your friendship.

Yes i would definitely still be his friend he is still the same person. Who cares what other people think he is entitled to be who he wants to be. This has happen to me and it didnt affect our freindship in any way.
