Have you ever considered donating your eggs? (women)

I've concidered it.....so much that I signed. Up a few months back to do it. I havnt been selected yet, but when I do I know that its something I want to do. I personally don't want children, but someone how isn't able to does, and id love to be able to help them!

No way I would never do it! You have to get shots all the time and you feel awful because your body is treating it like a pregnancy. I read about it in a magazine there was an article on a girl who did it twice and would never do it again! Even though if someone pays that much money for a child they are going to take excellent care of it I think and love it so much its just not something I could deal with. The child would be just as much mine as the children my husband and I have right now but someone else would be having it and taking care of it instead of me! It is awesome that there are people out there willing to do it so that someone who wants to have a child will be able to but its just for me thats all.

While I think its admirable that other people do it, I don't know if I could. It would just be a strange feeling to know that my child was somewhere out there in the world.
