do you like jogging in the morning?

in order to lose weight,i choose exercise and go on a diet.this morning,i woke up early and ran in the back garden.i haven't run for a long time,but when i breathe the fresh air and saw old people doing exercises,i think i must insist on and enjoy the happyness in the morning.not only for losing weight,but also a enjoyment of life.

I don't have much time jogging at mornings, but I do some on thread mills whenever I go to the gym. I also play sports, like basketball that requires running. I do wish I could, but maybe someday I'd get the chance to jog again around the neighborhood.

nope, no time during weekdays and just go for jogging in weekends - Sat. only (run over 30 mins. around 5km) Cheers.

Hello there, I know jogging in the morning will benefit people with kinds of reasons. But I just don’t have the will power to get up earlier to do the job. I remember when I started dating my hubby years ago; he already asked me when I would go jogging with him. There is no date on the agenda as I am just lazy throughout all these years. To maintain my figure or do a bit of exercise, I just ride the indoor bicycle twice a week for half an hour each in the evening. LOL

i like jogging so much. every morning, i will carry an English book with me, getting out, jogging. after arriving at the top of the hill which is near my school, i will read English for a while and then jog back school.

I hope I could get up early to jog in the morning,but I get up so late in the morning and have no time to enjoy the beautiful morning and fresh air. It is a good idea to do some practice to keep slim. I will try my best to get up a little ealier tomorrow morning.

Not really...i wake up at 8 am everyday.....so I have no chance to go for jogging...He he he...So what can I do now???

that's great!!... its healthy routine especially for your heart!!.... if only i can handle it too.. but i cant because im pregnant for 3 months... my exercise as for now is my daily chores excluding loundry... ^_^
