If you have crayfish or lobster, do you eat the meat inside the legs?

I love to compleately destroy a crayfish, and digging into all the legs, and take out the soft white meat inside. It taste musch better than the meat in the tail. What do you think?

The only part of crayfish that I eat is the tail. I've seen people eat on some weird places on them and that's the only part that I like. I like mine with a combo mixture of ketchup, mayo and mustard with a little bit of Tony Sachre's in for the kick.

Our country is surrounded by ocean, flowie.
We love eating seafoods, crayfish or any other crustaceans are eaten rigorously!;) Even the smallest species of crabs are eaten, every part of them are not put to waste including the meat inside their legs.

Heck yeah, I eat almost everything off of a lobster. There is even a little bit of meat in each little fin on the tail. With the legs you just chisle them and you do get as you say the sweetest meat that you will get off of the lobster. I don't share the legs with anyone, not even the hubby or kids.
