I dont think you can get that from anywhere.No site gives you money in your paypal account without doing anything.They give you money Not $10 many be they will give you more than that but that will be in your online account and to get that you will have to qualify for it.There is one more Idea i dont know but you can try it .You can work as a freelancer.Test your abilities.But for that you have a compatition you will have to bid and wait for few days and if you win then you get the money and the work at hand.

I think you may struggle to get you a place that will give you 10dollars instantly.
