How many of you set Goals on mylot?

How many of you actually set goals for yourself?
I am setting my goal for about 200 by the end of this month.
I wanted to make it more, but I have been having trouble with my right hand and it hurts to type, so I need to make it more reasonable for me. lol I hope to have 500 by the end of April.
What about you? Have you past your goal yet, what motivated you and how fast did it take to get to your goal?

I hope you hand will get better soon icyorchid. I see you are approaching your 100th post so your goal for 200 is realistic and even for 500 by the end of April. It depends on how much time and effort you can spend on MyLot. I do have a goal in mind for this month but I never make as many posts as I think I will do in a day.

I am really not as good with goals, but I am trying to get myself organized and setting goals for myself to keep me on track.
I am the same with not doing as much as I hope and I am trying to change that. :)

I don't actually set any goals icyorchid. I just play it by ear as I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to come online most days. Even though I am a stay at home mom, I have errands to run, cleaning to do, volunteer at the school and sorts so I just come on when I can.
I do try to make minimum payout but no biggy if I don't. Welcome to Mylot!

I do know what you mean.....I am a mom, but my daughter is 25 now, but when she was younger, I was the same way. lol
I am anxious to see how long it takes me to get to payout. I have been on mylot for a bit, but just recently really started being into writing and answering discussions. lol

You betcha! LOL Have to have those goals... and this week I have sucked at getting them... well It was suppose to be about 25 posts a day for four days a week... well this week ... I hit 70 the first day... then 11 and then none and tonight... don't quite know what I will get yet.... I
I am determined to hit my 500 mark this month and reach payout... But I have had more fun than anything....
actuall I want to post 500 this month! LOL so far I have posted about 90!!!

Well, it's not easy to set goal with long time frame. Maybe it's easier to set your goal in smaller time frame, like how much posts you want to do in one day.
Let's say you set 10 posts in a day in your goal. Posting 10 responds is easier, even sometimes you'll find out that you already doing more than 10 posts.
To easily reach that daily goal, just respond to the discussion that really interest you. Discussion that interest you can lure you to another similar discussion, and you know... you have the same answer, just make sure you are not copy-paste them.
Remember, mylot won't pay you for a short respond.
Mylot demands a quality respond that consist of more than 3 sentences and more than 1 paragraph..
