Criminal Intent fans, what do you think of the format of alternating between detectives Logan and Goren? Which detective is your favorite and why? Anyone know why Logan keeps getting a new partner? Is it because Chris Noth is difficult to work with? Is it because it's supposed to be part of Logan's character and conflict, having to start over with a new partner after having had a long-time partner, Lenny, when he was on the original Law and Order? Which of Logan's partners do you like best?

I'm a huge Goren fan and will watch anything he is acting in past or present. He isn't able to be on the show every week, as has a bad back like me. Logan has a new partner because the other lady is on maternity leave. She will be back.
Did you know Chris Noth has a new baby? Did you know Vincent D'Onofrio has one also?
The show will have new episodes on USA Network this summer.

Thanks for the info! I had no idea. I liked Logan's last partner, so I'm glad she'll be back. But I also like the Alicia Witt character and will be sad to see her go. I'd like to see her pair up with Goren for one episode. I did not know Chris Noth had a new baby? Is it his first? Did he ever marry? I read somewhere that in real life, Noth is conceited and a womanizer. He was much younger then. He may be humbler now. I knew Vincent D'Onofrio was married, but I didn't know he had a baby. What is in the water over at Criminal Intent? LOL!

I've been a fan of Gorens since season one and which they wouldnt do the switchign back and forth..I like Logan too but after watching him all these yrs (I've been watching Law & Order since the very first season of the original show) on the various L&O shows the novelty has long since wore off LOL

I love Goren's character. He's a know-it-all and annoying, but that's the point. And he's the character who's had the same partner since the show started. I like the rapport between him and Eames. Did you ever see the film, "Dying Young?" He played a lovable but slightly annoying buffoon.
