A bird of prey is a bird that hunts for food primarily on the wing, using its keen senses, especially vision, with large talons and beaks, powerful and adapted for tearing and piercing flesh! Such as eagles or hawks. Or falcons! It's hard to pick a favorite and I think everyone has his own favorite. I like them all but my favorite is the eagle! Which one is yours?

I'm not sure I have a favorite bird of prey. There are a lot of eagles around where I live, and it's always neat to see them. Not long ago one swooped rather close to a car I was riding in, and that was pretty exciting.
My favorite birds of all are ravens, but though they sometimes hunt, they're more often known as carrion birds. :P

I didn't think they were, but it was an interesting discussion and I wanted to reply, so eh. :P
Of actual birds of prey, bald eagles are probably my favorite. It's not a patriotic thing, I think, just that they're pretty and I like watching them fly. I can see them fairly regularly where I live.
