Now, it can be told. Ibuxca is dead and gone forever. If you are a member of this and have paid something in it, you need to contact the admin as fast as you can so you can refund your money. If not then, charge it to experience!
Don't pay anything if you are not yet sure!

oops, I'm glad I have never tried their site. I never paid something for simiar sites either, if someone wants to join under me, I would be glad but I don't really put much hope in paying for referrals or something like that. I'm glad I'm not a member of this one.
