Seen someone dying

I have seen animals laying and dying not something I really want to remember alot. When I was 18 I stepped on my baby kitten head of only 6 weeks old and crushed it sounded like a melon being droped from a distance. I was traumatized and got hysterical and depressed for months. Also I was touching my mother in laws foot as she took her last breath gave me nighmares for weeks after and still after 10 years I still have them occasionally. My dad shot my dog I raised from a pup because we moved next to people who had chickens and the neighbor accused my dog of doing it, My dog lived for 2 days after being shot I refused to let him shot it again. I know now that it must have suffered alot but at the time I was 12 and didn't understand. But we later found out it wasn't my dog but a stray dog that done it becuase it happened again..and again. My husband had to kill my cat because the neighbors fed her chicken bones and they got lodged somehow and she couldn't move and was dying and flies wouldn't leave her alone either. The only animal that I am glad of seeing killed was snakes which have been many.
