Everyone has some kinda pain in the body physically. Something chronic or something new. I used to have a light nagging low back ache which I rarely nopticed. but ever since I started playing regularly playing I have other mild pains - like something a little hurting on my knee on the patella. I also probably pulled a little muscle in my thigh.
But all these are so minor I hardly feel it.
Where do you ache today as you surf through MyLot??!!

I have a herniated disc in my lower back that bothers me from time to time...like right now because I did some digging with a shovel and hole-diggers last night...

well as long as I take it easy, I am usually ok...but I got into a little bit of a hurry trying to get it done before dark, and I think it caught up with me today...

Right now I ache at the base of my neck and across my shoulders. I need to sit up straight and stop slouching.
Also, my right wrist is still very sore where it rests against the edge of my laptop table.
I suppose my tush is a bit sore from sitting on my bed so long being on the computer.

You're right I do have pain today. I woke up with a head ache and 13 hours later I still have one. I took some excederin migraine and that usually does the job really quick but this time it didn't completely work for some reason.
I think it may be my sinuses though.
Or it could have been from all the shaking in the earthquake dream I was having before I woke up! ;)

Aches and pains are quite normal especially milder ones. I do a lot of housework and I get backpains a lot. Now, there is a blue black on my left arm, the result from bumping the stupid door yesterday. My head is also thumping slightly due to lack of sleep. Humm... wonder what kind of aches I will get tomorrow.

My shoulders and neck ache and so does both my hips and knees and my feet. They ache all the time. I have fibromyalgia and arthrtis of hips and knees. I have learned to live with it, pace myself and cope. Use herbs and natural things to help.

I ache on my lower left back just above my rear end, I think it is my sciatica. I have always had problems in that area since I was seventeen and pregnant. Most of the time it does not bother me, but once in a while it hurts. I think I had better keep doing my stomach strengthening exercises, or I pulled a muscle. The funny thing is that my right lower back is perfectly fine.

It doesn't hurt now (knock on wood), but my right shoulder blade hurts a lot when I am on the computer for too long. This issue is a combination of when I broke my T-7 and T-8 vertebrae in my back in November of 1998, and it never set right because I didn't know it was broke until February of 2000; and the way my desk is set up. The part of my desk where my mouse it makes me have to hold my arm in an awkward position to use it, unfortunately it won't fit anywhere else. So after a while my shoulder blade and back get to complaining when I've been on the computer too long.
I could go ahead and get surgery to reset my back. But since it healed, the only way they could do it is to re-break it. Since I was very lucky to walk around for over a year, and not experience anything besides a bad pain, I don't want the doctors to mess around in there and I become paralyzed. I am still good. I can walk alright, I just can't stay on the computer too long, or carry heavy bags in my right hand for long distances.

Thanks for asking. All I have wrong is a low grade fever but it is OK because it is winter in Michigan and I can walk outside and the cold does not bother me.
Tonight it will get colder and we will have more snow tomorrow. I am in the basement surfing the net and its much cooler down here as this is where my computer is...I go to the YMCA and swim and exercise so after the sauna and hot tub most of the pains go away.

my left hand hurts, because of I'm doing a lot of typing, ang also my shoulders. I've just put some liniment oil, and it helped soothe the pain a bit.
