What is Fed rate cut?

Fed rate cut was done by Fed to accelerate the economy growth. The cause for this is slowing job market, low GDP, high unemployment rate, in other words a weak economic indicator. When Fed cut the rate, it tends to weaken the US currency as capital outflow. People will tend to put their money in higher interest currency and usually people will sell USD and buy other currencies. Another impact of the rate cut is the rise of inflation. Weaker USD can impact on higher oil cost which at the end will drive the other cost higher.
