red or white wine

today i seem to be on my red or white mode this is the 3rd discussion on red or white things, so here we go we all know that depending on what you eat that certain wines go with certain meals better , but me i'm a die hard red wine lover with most any meal even seafood where red is supposed to be a no no , so what do you think red or white what do you like best and why???

I prefer white over red, but when I am eating I to tend to stick with the red goes with XYZ and whites goes with ABC. My fave right now is the cheapy Yellow Tail Lexia.
