Anyone tried earning by PayDotCom?

I've joined PayDotCom few days ago and have been using the tools provided to advertise the ads. I've posted uncountable ads but still my account is at a minimum of $0 and none of my efforts work. Did any of you tried out PayDotCom? How long does it take to earn atleast $10? What is the correct tool to use to advertise the advertisements in order to be able to earn from it? Does this really works?
