Keeping Eye Contact

How do you feel about talking to a woman wearing a low cut blouse? For me I find it hard to talk to her because I'm trying to avoid looking at her half exposed breasts. I'm like why do women where such blouses that expose their breast? Do you think it's appropriate in the work place?

Hi there... Personally speaking, I would be comfortable, especially in the work place, because I would be focused on my work and the reason i would be talking to them... I think any person should be able to wear what they feel comfortable in, with respect for others as well...
