This is a tough choice for me. Kobe gots more help and is showing he can win because of it. Lebron does not have as much help and is carrying his team more. I going to pick Kobe for MVP because he showed he could do more from the past carrying his team when he averaged over 35ppg. Kevin Garnett is also potential MVP. Their could be another MVP though because the season is not over. If Tracy Magrady continues to add to their 17 game winnin streak he could be the MVP. Maybe Tim Duncan could be the MVP as their team has won 10 straight or possibly his team mate Manu Ginobili. I'm getting too deep lol. The season isn't over yet so we will see.

my mvp vote goes to lebron.
the rest of the lakers team has helped kobe a lot this season. the addition of gasol took a lot of burden from kobe's houlders. the same cannot be said for cleveland. despite of this, the cavs still made it to the play-offs. plus, lebron's numbers are phenomenal. last player to register the same ones are oscar robertson. definitely good company if you ask me.
give the mvp trophy to lebron james already!!!

the closest contest for me against kobe is chris paul but this season kobe really deserves to be the most valuable player. he really carries his team. he proves everybody that he and the lakers can win without the power of shaquille o'neal. kobe really is a fantastic player he can score (score a lot!) he can score 40 a game if he wants to but he now trust and shares the ball to his teammates. one important thing that kobe really improve is his defense. the lakers are a winning even before pau gasol became his partner. chris paul is also great but i think this is kobe's year.

I think that I would probably vote for either Kevin Garnett in Boston or Chris Paul in New Orleans. Chris Paul is a monster; not only is he a MVP candidate, he can also be a Defensive Player of the Year candidate. He's made his team one of the better teams in the Western Conference. Meanwhile, Garnett and Co. (Ray Allen to a lesser extent, of course) have brought the Celtics to the top of the league, with the best record in basketball. There is no disrespect meant to Kobe and LeBron, both of whom are also having MVP-caliber seasons, but for me personally my choice is either Paul or Garnett.

It has to be Kevin Garnett for me with Kobe Bryant on his rear. I think without Kevin and his attitude the Celts would not have improved as much as they did this season. There is a big home advantage now with Kevin in green by how he motivates the crowd to cheer for them. Also I believe the Celts have one of the best defenses this season which I will credit to Kevin in pact in the middle.

Kobe Bryant. I mean he finally has a good supporting cast and he did say that if he were to get some help that the lakers franchise would be the LAKERS franchise again . ANd I am totally pickin them to go to all the way this year. But when the dust setttles I think kobe will be the mvp
