anyone suffering from migraine?

i have been in the hospital for 2 days. it all started with a severe headache and eventually led to acute gastritis. i thought i was suffering from hypertension, but i was wrong. It's migraine. can you guys tell me what meds worked for you? my doctor cannot give me pain killers coz it will contradict with my gastritis. please help. my headache is killing me.
