starting a car wash business / myLot

i need advice in starting this business. my husband and i are planning to put up a car wash business, we have a lot, a beautiful location, the problem is it is situated beside the river. ca you give us advice on how to prevent it to erode during rainy season using cheaper materials. also an advice in starting this business.

Being near a river might take care of your water run-off but you might need some kind of environmental permit for that. Having a strong foundation as well as a good drainage system should take care of soil erosion.

I know you are wanting to go with cheaper materials but it will cost you more in the long run when the cheaper materials start to fail. It sounds like a wonderful idea, good luck to you!
