What is Conceptual Art?

I'm confused, if someone could explain it to me in simple words I'll greatly appreciate it. And please don't give me that dictionary/encyclopedia meanings.

In short, Nireths, it is art that is intended to convey a concept. Where as a painting of a flower is one thing, a painting of a flower being sqashed through the sunroof of a car is conveying a concept. The concept would suggest that growth and urban crawl are taken over nature.
