This sentence can also infurirate me and make me disturbed. It is a kind of pressure tactics and pressure makes me feel incomfortable. But sometimes, when I do not have option, I agree to save the situation and to remain cool.

No, I am not agreeing to everything or to everybody. when something is not right you don;t need to agree because everybody is into it. If it is not right why should I go with everybody? Even if I am alone as long as as I am right, I will stick into it. Good luck!!
