A recent survey shows that in US female workers earned 22.4 percent less than their male counterparts. The report reveals that women faced discrimination in being paid equal to men performing the same work. Do you agree? Is it discrimination or men are just more capable than women?

hmmm.. i don't know... i'm a woman and I have the highest pay amongst my colleagues. and how high our pay is based on our work performance, the better the higher. FYI, my boss is a male.
