Are they beggars in your country? Why do people choose to beg and not try their best to find employment. Poverty and lack of education may be the main reasons, but is there not any other alternative for them? Authorities have tried to help them into proper employment but they still choose this way of life.

No one "chooses" to be homeless. Most homeless people are so due to mental problems like anti-social disorders, schizophrenia and addictions. Many others suffer from just plain rotten luck. Debt, unemployment, no family, no friends, no help. It's truly unfortunate, but the lack of understanding and adequate assistance for these people is even worse.

There are many beggars here in our country but when they come to me I rather not to give specially the one who looks like they are capable of doing work. I rather give it to a foundation. You said it right there are so many option to work rather than begging, I saw many here gather scrap like plastic bottles, glass bottle, newspaper and many more then they sell it. If we always letting them to beg they become more lazy.

Yes... we have plenty of beggars in our country and one sad fact about having so many beggars is that we don't do something to help them. Yes! the government is doing something to at least control their ever growing population but can't we also do our part?
Poverty and lack of proper education maybe the two main reasons why we have so many beggars. We can't do anything about the poverty problem, it is a personal choice to be poor and to beg, But we can atleast help educate and work with some NGO's or other government organizations who's aim is to uplift human life and dignity.
Lastly, a beggar above any other thing is a HUMAN being. He may be different in some ways but he is never lesser in human dignity and right. I don't agree with the idea of asking for food and being dependent solely to other people. Not giving in to them when they knock at your window car or not entertaining them when they come to you is justifiable. But mocking them and making them feel less dignified takes away the only thing that connects them to the real world. Above every other thing, I say it again, they are human. Let us think of better ways to help them rather than laugh at them.
