What is the best referral program that has at least $1 per referral signup and is not a scam.

I have got a very good refferal programme, where i have got paid $2.04 , twice every 14 days, only for making 2 refferals. This wonderful programme gives you commissions whole life, but you have to pay $10, only once, if you wish to join, let me know. I will PM you the link.Happy earnings !!!

Yes, you have to make 2 paying referrals under u. Then you will get commissions lifelong. They take $10 as fees for joining, which is for the period of 2 and half month, within this period if u are able to make 2 referrals, you won't have to pay any more.
