Calculate your "bmi" online

[i]BMI is Body Mass Index... it tells the index of mass (how big) against how tall and how old you are. Depending on your BMI it should tell you if you are over/under/right weight. The problem with the BMI is that it is 50 years old and outdated and there are other systems out there to determine if you are healthy or not. One that does not have a lot of muscle mass but is skinny is NOT healthy... they are called 'fat skinny' in the business. Those with large muscles will have a large BMI (they are going to weigh a lot more) but will be perfectly healthy...[/i] Thanks Zelo
