I consider myself a flexible person because I can revert any of my decision at any time when I think that my decision is wrong and reverting will give benefit to other people. But I have seen some pesons stick to their decisions stubbornly even though they know that their decision is wrong. They wont give up their thinking. Are you a flexible person or hard person?

I consider myself a very flexible person in most cases. I respect other people's opinions and I don't insist on mine. I believe we all have the right to be wrong in our opinions and I am not going to take that righ away from anyone. There are instances that I have to be firm on my decision if I know something is at stake. But if it's just for my friends and it won't harm anybody then it's okay, I can compromise.

Hello lucksath, I think that the type of person you mentioned; which is the hard person really gets on my "ignored" list, ha! I tend to ignore these types of people and if I come across as such, I will leave him or her to be. That's because there's just no point that I could change his or her mind since she/he is adamantly stubborn on their own decisions. As for myself, I prefer and would love to stay all the time as the flexible type of person. But I do get complaints from ex-girlfriends that I am "too flexible" all the time and that makes them jealous to get more attention of my time. Perhaps the giving and the receiving types behave in this way and I am no-fussy kind of guy who just loves to gives. But too much giving is none too good, I know and the same goes for being too flexible on things. Like for instance, it wouldn't you good to be too flexible should you are managing a team at work. So, I forced myself to be a half hard-hearted person at work and put on a stern falsetto image so that my team would do their work well. But I reward them accordingly and when it comes to these rewards, I am very flexible. Now, is my free time in the office and I'm going to site later, so I'm very flexible in terms of letting my team having their own "quality time" to complete whatever work is assigned. Good discussion here. ;)

If i know my decision is gonna hurt someone i would just revert the decision but if i know is good for me i would not revert the decision, it all depends on a situation. example: when i broke up with my ex i took a decision not to call him anymore and just forget about him, it took me 1 month and he was already out of my head; i knew that decision was good for me even though it wasn't an easy one because he kept calling me and asking to forgive him .. sometimes you have to be hard with your decisions or else you are not gonna go anywhere in life.

Being older as time passes by, I become more flexible and am aware of the merit of flexible. When you are stubborn, you have to struggle to stick your point and argue with others. At that time, you reject all of other's opinions and miss to improvement chance.
