MYLOT QUESTION

Every time you get a negative rating from someone it decreases your rating. Also, if you post a discussion that has already been posted, you don't get credit for it.

It seems that there a lot of changes going on with MyLot. Some responses have vanished, discussions have also vanished, & members have been deleted (which also causes discussions & responses to go with them). This does lower your points. Mine got lowered also when someone got deleted, & all his discussions went with that member. Take a look at the "New Alert(s)" on the upper left corner. That should explain the reasoning for vanishing topics & changes in post count.

I have noticed this as well after one or two of my discussions/answers were deleted due to offensive material in the thread.

if your discussion has been deleted as by the new mylot rules then i think there will be drop in your rating.Further one word answers also will not be considered

I think what happens is that you get a point taken away for every discussion you start, but get it back if your discussion get responded to.

I really do think it's probably just any points that we got for posting anywhere that eventually got deleted. For example, if you posted in a "game" thread or a "post and I'll give you a +"

It happen with me as well... I had 255 yesterday and today I had 251...
