I have a new lap top

a couple of days ago I bought an Acer Aspire 5100 from NotebookShop.com I didn't buy it online, as I was lucky enough to have a store within reasonable driving distance from where I live.
I love this lap top. I still have a few kinks to work out as far as getting used to it and getting additional accessories that I need, but so far so good. Plus, I have a 60 or 90 day warranty should anything go wrong *knocks on wood*

Congratulations lizzie. I too have the Acer Aspire 5100 and its great to work with. The only thing I didn't like that came with it was Windows Vista so I had my husband reimage the laptop to Windows XP :) have fun with it!

I totally lucked out and the lap top came with XP already on it! Also the owner of the shop felt bad that I was having a hard time paying by check (the telecheck system that they were using was being a punk) that he gave me a new copy of Works Suite 2005 (that included Word 2002) to install.

i wonder how much is your laptop in USA,because there will be a huge balance between the prices in china and USA.

with taxes, my lap top came out to $656.42 I don't know how much that would be in China though.
