I have dated alot and have had a couple of long term relationships. I have came to a conclusion..... no man is perfect. Every relationship I have been in I have begged and pleaded for them to show thier romantic side. That never works. Trust me. This is what I started to do. Focus on the things that you really love about them and keep your focus on that. It makes you love them even more.

Don't just focus on the good things that they have done or you love about them, because its also good to accept that they are not perfect and that they also have certain flaws in them that needs to be worked on. I have had only 1 long term relationship, and we are still together now. I have not only loved him for the good man that he is, I am also loving the person that he is. And what is important is that both of us are now accepting each other's flaws and we are working hard on that.

I couldn't agree more. There is no such thing as a perfect man...but this is the same about women as well. Relationships take work no matter how long you've been together.
