Do you all know that consuming one packet of instant noodle needed up to 5-7 days to digest the food totally!! This is a true fact that has been proven by the Chinese pharmacist in China..had proven that eating one packet of instant noodle will have them being digest with at least 5days..and that's for best digestion people ever..so guys out there who are fond of eating INSTANT NOODLE..do beware as this is for your health!! If you all know any info, please add in or comment..thank you

Wow! Very informative, i didn't know about that! All I know is that instant noodles isn't really good because of the msg (Of course, if you eat a alot,I mean, thats all you eat). I just ate 2 cup of instant noodles this week because I was lazy cooking for myself. Is there something that we can take to make digestion faster?

hmm...the fastest way to digest I don't know..jsut that my cousins they are studying those Chinese medication like acupuncture and all..and this is the information they tell me..as they know i'm a college student who might consume a lot of instant noodles..I shall check with them and update with you all if possible..

Thanks for the info. this is the reason why i actually
lessened my noodles intake. i used to eat noodles frequently
but now i have lessened it to just eating every after a few
months.
