My freinds this for all the people who wants to increase their height. So if you want to increase height start walking on your feet atleast for 10-20 minutes a day.

I thought walking decreased your height - as when you are stood upright your spine compresses

Hello TIm height doesn't decrease by walking its depends on your harmones.
