How old were you when you became a home owner?

cool house - This is just some house I found a picture of online that I thought was pretty cool looking. I wouldn't mind owning a house like this.

I am 23 years old and just purchased my first home back in July. It is a great feeling.

I'm 24 and we still haven't gotton our first home. My husband is military so we don't want to buy a place just to get moved.

Hi! Wow! that must be a great feeling since you are so young and already own a house.Nowadays I find most of the youngsters go in for a house as an investment as soon as they start working,which is a very sensible thing to do.I owned a house only when I was 30 years old.Good Luck to you in your new house.

I am 25 years old and I bought one apartment for one year plus. So i was about 23 or 24 when i am an owner. I rent the place out as a property investment.
