Who are Spinelli's parents?

One thought I had was that he could be Luke's. With his past semi-relationship with Lulu, that would explain why he doesn't want Jason to reveal who his dad is. Luke doesn't exactly like him. But, that could explain most of the adult men in Port Charles who would fit into the age range of Spinelli's Dad. Sonny hates him. Trevor is dangerous. Sonny would be a danger to him as his dad too since anyone related to Sonny has the potential of dying simply to get to Sonny. Your theories are all really good. What about Ric? If he is Ric's that is just one more reason for Sonny to hate Spinelli and for Spinelli not to want anyone knowing. And, since all things on GH tend to revolve around Sonny, since it is Jason's task to keep it quiet, it almost has to have something to do with Sonny.

I am sorta lost on who child is who's. I just hope that it all comes out soon.

I am going with the thought that Johnny is actually Trevor's and Kate's and Spinelli is Anthony's. You see my reasoning is that Anthony is 'crazy like a fox' and Spinelli is so sharp and smart that I think they would make a great father and son and Jason would surely help Spinelli keep that from becoming public knowledge. I also think Johnny is Kate and Trevor's well because it would the ultimate revenge on how Sonny is treating Johnny now to know he is Kate's son. I think Anthony's son was shot at the same time he shot Maria and Claudia is the product of a rape, too Maria and Trevir.... Just my thoughts, take 'em or leave them, I would be surprised if it was actually correct, lol!
