Link a mylot discussion to an email etc. I would like to send a discussion of mine to a friend, but don't know how to do it. Any help would be great!! My friend is not a mylotter( sorry to say).

That's relatively easy to do...See the website addy? Every discussion has it's own addy...like even yours here--just copy it...you do that by first highlighting it, then copy (Control + C)...then zap over to your email and past (Control + V) into the email body.
