what will you do ,if your best friend lie to you??

I could't imagine that my best friend lie to me.Althoug I have already forgiven him,I also feel uncomfortable.It hurt my heart deeply.I trust him so much,how could him do that to me? I didn't anger if he told me the truth.But I don't like the feeling of being cheated especially by friend.that's the devil and all. though we are friends right now ,I don't trust him as before.
what will you do, if your best friend cheat you.will you forgive her\him ,or never talk with her\him ? Tell me what's your opinions?

It depends on what the lie was about or the reason for it. If it was to protect me from something, I might be forgiving, but if it was to hurt me in some way, I would be really upset. I think if it was a relationship lie (cheating with someone else), I would not forgive. If it was related to something that would have no effect on our relationship it would be ok.

Thanks for your response.I see your points.You are a rational people.But for me, you know ,heart break is hard to repaire.I don't like the feeling bo be cheated as a fool.I'll aware of other people in order not to be cheated again.I have learned a lot of thing from you.Thanks.

I agree that heart break is hard to repair. I guess that is why I never got into another relationship after one "boy friend" that I had told me he wasn't interested after I told him I was.

I think it's important to know the reason why your best friend lie to you.
If my best friend lie to me,I will also angry.But I also know that she/he will be my best friend forever,and I'll forgive her/him.

The reason is peacockish and jealousness.For that reason he lie to me and lead me to have a big mistake.I don't want to tell the detail because it recalls me my bad memory and let me feel real upset.but now ,after a long time I have already forgave him.Time is a doctor ,it can cure all kinds of illness.It's true absolutely.
