Does anyone have a bug phobia?

I live in texas. Bug central galore. I swear the bug civilization started here. I never realized I had a bug phobia till I came here. It can be a little bitty roach and I won't be able to kill it because I am afraid if I hit it I will miss and it will jump on me and attack me The aftermath of the squished bug on the carpet/tiles The crunch sounds Its all too much to bear. I swear if I see one big bug in my apartment I may have to think of moving out. Its that serious. I need therapy!
