I like having my nieces come over and helping them find easter eggs that we had painted a day or 2 before hand! =) It's always fun, and we always seem to forget where we hid ONE egg, and we never find it until weeks/months later! And we find it by accident! =P lol. And this year I have my new nephew coming over! So thats something new to look forward to :)

Yeah I mistyped above =P We paint boiled eggs, but then my mom hides plastic eggs. She puts quarters in them for my nieces when they find them =)

I really enjoy these special cookies I make with my kids. Some may know about these cookies that you make the night before Easter and as you make them, it tells the story of Jesus and the crucifixion and His rising..:)

This year and last I got to go visit my daughter in Lincoln NE. They ususally don't live within driving distance and will be moving soon to NY. I love going to church in the morning and watching my granddaughter get her easter basket! I love doing crafts too for each holiday!
