arthritis in fingers - what can be done to make life a little easier? / myLot

i have been recently suffering from arthritis in my fingers and wondered if anyone else out there in mylot land has been suffering this way too...if so if they had any tips to pass along to help :-) thanks in advance!!

I ,ve had arthritis in my hands for several years. I do take arthrotec but find warm water first thing in the morning helps. When I first get up I head for the dishes, this seems to help, I know this is probably not what you,d like to hear but it helps me.

I think you should rest your hands for a week or too. Also try some hands excercise.

Honey my pain level has gone down so much since I started taking the shaklee nutra feron, vitamins, and other suplements... And since I see the doc less and buy fewer Rx meds I am actually saving money. Heat helps... when my hands hurt I do the dishes.. by hand xoxoxoxoxo
