Topless woman

Well, at the beach, i don't have a problem with topless women, but from the other responses you have given i should say that it would seem strange to me to see topless women in bars, restaurants and other places different from the beach itself.

Different cultures have different beliefs.... I'm not offended by this particular culture but maybe younger ages should wear clothing.

Hello! In Europe, I heard that women go topless on the beach and I think it's one of their culture trademarks so it's not an issue for the Europeans to see topless women around the beach during summer. I'm not offended to see women topless if that's their culture but the thing is I would never go topless even if I'm on the beach, especially in Europe! Maybe they have the reason to go topless during summer, instead of wearing their bikini tops, they just prefer to go topless to avoid bikini lines since they wanted to get a perfect tan in their skin anyway. I am not offended by topless women at the beach, no matter the age. I do think that if they girls are not 18 or older, they should be covered up, but other than that if they beach allows it, they can be topless. People that are offended by topless women should choose another beach to go to. There are beaches out there where females don't walk around half naked, and they aren't all that hard to find.

Where the Beach authorities already put on the board clothing optional, the people are mentally prepared for the sunbathers there. There is no reason to get offended.
