I am a student so currently, I get paid less then my coworkers because I am younger, even though i may do the same, if nt more work then them. So do you beleive in minimum wage? If i had a choice, Id want it to be so that you get paid for how hard you work. You get paid more if you do more work and less if you are being lazy. Because at my job there are people getting paid more when i am the one doing all of the work.
What do you think on the situation?

the minimum wage is the basic amount given to people who offers their services.now if you think that it is because of your age then you are wrong, it is because of yur experience.obviously, if you are younger , most likely you do not have enough experience to do the job. if you know you are working hard then patience is a virtue because it would pay off in the end , that would be your ticket for a high paying job. never compare your salary with anyone.

no it is because of my age. Student wage is less then minimum wage and I am getting paid less then them because I am not 18. Im not saying this to get a lecture or anything, Im a smart 17 year old I know what im doing and I understand all of the important details. Im just saying itd be nice if we got paid compared to the work we do, therefore the hardworkers got more then then the lazy ones out of fairness.
