NASCAR Poll?

So today is Sunday and NASCAR just ended. I don't typically watch NASCAR I find it rather boring. However, my dad flipped it on and decided to watch all of the cars turn left going 200mph and I was just curious; does anyone else watch NASCAR? If you do, why? What is so exciting about it? Do you think they should go half the race turning left then turn around and go the other way? haha, just curious!
