Zune and Windows Media Player

I was really disappointed when I got my Zune that I could not use Windows Media Player to sync my Zune. WMP will sync with other media playes (not the iPod of course), so why wont Microsoft let its software sync with its media player?
Has anyone figured this out? Is there a way to do it?

Have you tried looking on the Microsoft website or MSN.com to see if there is any information regarding this? It might be helpful. I personally am very fond of my Apple products and would only get ipods or Mac computers from this point out, but for help you might want to search their site I am sure someone has asked this question before. Good luck!

Yeah I have. I think they are taking the same position as Apple and forcing us to use their software. I guess that's the only way they can ensure we buy our music from their stores.

But apple's software syncs with it's ipod. I'm surprised that WMP wont sync with a Zune. Do they have specific software for the Zune that you are supposed to use? I think that's kind of crazy that you can't get it to work with it's own companys brand!

Well i didn't try Zune with Windows Media Player. As i have an ipod of MSI company. and also it does not allow me to synchronize any file or media with any windows media player. I have to manually copy paste and search all the songs i have.
Keep posting and have a good day!!!
