I'm a wife who appreciates her husband, esp. lately.

My husband has been cleaning off my car before I go to work. He's been starting it up for me, too. What are some nice things your husband does for you. Take care

Not sure why you two are in the same box, but ok. You both sound like you love your husbands very much and they love you, too. Thanks.

I also appreciate my husband. The nicest thing my husband does for me is to bring home a paycheck. I love it! We've been married a long time and although he does nothing around the house, I enjoy having him home with me. I did think of something he does for me when I ask: he takes dirty laundry downstairs by the washer, 16 steps, so I can wash. On a good day he will carry it back upstairs for me if I'm too lazy to get it myself.

Little things mean a lot. We've only been married 8 years. My husband takes out the trash in a timely manner. Changing the water filter, that's different. Maybe because no one comes to pick that up ones a month, oh well, take care and thanks for responding.

I am a widow now. But my husband used to cook dinner when I came home from work and would have it nice and hot and waiting for me to relax and eat. He was handicapped and could not work but he did so many nice things around the house and bemoaned the fact that I was working part time but that did not bother me I was only too glad for the job. He did not wash dishes but I felt that was a small price to pay for a hot meal at the end of a tiring day. He had been a commercial cook for years.

I'm sorry for your loss. He seems to have been a truly thoughtful man. Many women would love to come home to a nice home cooked meal. A commercial cook, he must have made some nice meals. My husband cooks one for me on occastion, like once every other week. But that often, really, really nice at the end of a tiring day. Thank you for your memories.

I have chronic back pain from a car accident that I was in when I was 14. I wasn't able to get surgery because it was muscular injuries and the chiropractor only helps for a few days, so my husband generally spends his nights giving me back and neck rubs and it's nice because I know that it can get tiring and maybe even irritating at times because at night you just want to relax. I'm very appreciative that he does this.

I'm sorry about your accident at 14. I had my first accident at 30 and I'm now 50, that seems like too many years as it is. Your husband sounds like a very sweet person, I'm sure you're right, he probably would just like to relax some nights, but he really cares and helps you out. That's wonderful. Thanks and take care
