Micro derm any one?

I think it's a fancy term for exfoliation.

I have never had it done professionally but i have had an at-home microdermabrasion kit and I really didn't find it to be much better than any good quality facial scrub. The only differences to me were that it was more expensive and came in a smaller tube. It did have a moistureizer with it, but I would expect it to for what I paid for it in comparison to a basic scrub.
