I would take quite some time to make enough money to buy a notebook computer from blogging. A blog is a longterm project which will bring in some money if you know how to promote it. You can make money by placing adverts on your blog, by promoting websites and your own referral links, becoming an affiliate and adding banners and by writing and posting paid reviews on your blog, but you need to have a good active blog with a high ranking at the search engines before you start making money from it.
