Fresh Bread...

I want to know how everyone keeps their bread fresher, longer without it molding. I have a problem with it molding, so we keep it in the fridge, but it gets dry. So is there any other ways that you know to keep it fresh?

We freeze our bread and when you want some you put it on the lowest setting in the toaster just to unfreeze it.
